1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of GBP PowerRank, a product of Triadex Services, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using GBP PowerRank’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
GBP PowerRank provides Google Business Profile (“GBP”) optimization and management services designed to improve visibility and performance on Google Maps and Search.
3. Google Business Profile Authorization
By connecting your Google Business Profile to the services, you authorize GBP PowerRank to access and manage your Google Business Profile through Google’s official Business Profile APIs, using Google’s OAuth 2.0 consent flow, solely for the purpose of delivering our optimization services. GBP PowerRank does not receive or store your Google account credentials; access is granted through a limited, revocable token. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions), upon which GBP PowerRank’s access will cease. GBP PowerRank’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete business information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Subscription & Payment
Our services are billed on a subscription basis.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel your subscription in accordance with these Terms.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at https://gbppowerrank.com and accessing your billing portal.
Upon cancellation, your access to GBP PowerRank will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for partial billing periods, unused time, or early cancellations.
After cancellation, no further payments will be charged unless you reactivate your subscription.
7. Refund Policy
All subscriptions are non-refundable, except where required by law.
If you experience an issue with the service, please contact our support team at support@gbppowerrank.com so we can work to resolve it promptly.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of GBP PowerRank is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your data — including Google Business Profile data accessed on your behalf.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to deliver the service or comply with legal obligations. We do not place any tracking technology on your website, and we do not collect data about your customers or website visitors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GBP PowerRank and Triadex Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in behavior that may harm our company or customers.
13. Intellectual Property
All materials, software, logos, trademarks, and content associated with GBP PowerRank are the exclusive property of Triadex Services, LLC.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
14. Service Availability
We strive to keep GBP PowerRank operational at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, and occasional downtime may occur without notice.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We make no guarantees regarding specific ranking results or business outcomes.
